To celebrate 13 years of Ultima Online, every character over 30 days old received an anniversary ticket in their backpack redeemable for a gift item. The gift tickets were distributed through November 28, 2010.

The 13th Anniversary ticket allows the choice of one of the following:

• A White Leather Dye Tub
• A Display Case facing East or West
• One of 3 types of Grandfather Clock
  • Small Grandfather Clock
  • Large Grandfather Clock
  • White Grandfather Clock
• One of 4 types of Planter
  • Ancient Stone Planter
  • Grecian Planter
  • Modern Stone Planter
  • Oak Barrel Planter

Upon selecting a gift item, a green backpack named "13th Anniversary Gift Bag" will be placed in the character's main backpack. Inside will be the selected gift as well as a 13th Anniversary Fruit Basket.
